Cleared heavy wooded lot to make room for the new construction, underground water, sanitary and storm water, oil water separator, high voltage electrical primary and secondary, site preparation, lime/cement stabilized subgrade, paving and parking, sidewalks, landscaping, complete infrastructure to accommodate future expansion. Cast-in-place concrete, foundations, retaining walls, raised building slab on several feet of compacted select fill, Structural steel framing, thermal and moisture protection, architectural concrete masonry walls, fire sprinkler and alarm system and security system, two twenty-five-ton roof top units with all ductwork and related accessories
